Service Inclusions and Frequency
Your monthly subscription covers a weekly pool maintenance service, paid in advance each month. For convenience, we require a credit card on file to ensure uninterrupted service.
What’s Included in Your Service:
Weekly maintenance tasks: netting, vacuuming, wall and tile brushing, emptying baskets, checking and balancing pool chemicals, equipment check, and filter wash.Maintenance chemicals are included in the service. However, additional charges may apply if the pool has leaks that require extra chemicals or if pool equipment damage causes the water to turn green. A proof of service email will be sent after each visit, including a photo of your pool.
Additional Fees and Conditions
Chemical Surcharges: If your pool is leaking or an equipment failure leads to green water, additional fees may apply to restore the pool to a clear, blue condition.
Extreme Weather Events: In the case of significant impact from extreme weather events, such as excessive rain, tropical storms, hurricanes, or tornadoes, additional charges may apply to return your pool to a clear, blue condition.
Safety Protocols: During medium rainfall, services may be limited to prioritize technician safety. Full service will resume as weather conditions allow.
Holiday Schedule
Calmer Pools will be closed from December 25th to December 31st and no weekly pool service will be performed during this time. Customers with weekly pool service scheduled for December 24th and January 1st may experience rescheduling to accommodate the holiday period.
Monthly Pricing Consistency
December’s monthly rate remains unchanged despite the holiday break. This balance reflects our no-extra-charge policy for months with five service weeks.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Since payments are made in advance, customers may choose either to:Request a refund for any services not yet performed, orContinue receiving the services already paid for until the end of the billing period.
Refunds for Unperformed Services: Customers may request a refund if a scheduled service is not performed and not rescheduled, with the exception of weekly pool services impacted by our designated holiday schedule section.
